It can be hard to deal with our emotions, from heightened anxiety to anger problems. It is an area very overlooked today which is why so often these issues can lead to more serious conditions like panic attacks and depression, this can even manifest as a physical illness. Hypnotherapy can go to the root of any emotional issue and then learn how to balance this emotion in a healthy way. No matter how extreme any problem has become, hopefully we will be able to offer help.

Anxiety is your body’s natural response to stress. It’s a feeling of fear or apprehension about what’s to come. The first day of school, going to a job interview, or giving a speech may cause most people to feel fearful and nervous.
But if your feelings of anxiety are extreme, last for longer than six months, and are interfering with your life, you may have an anxiety disorder.

W will then establish new self-directed constitutions to allow you to be orientated towards the life that is right for you. It will use CBT to help you look and address any problem areas of your life, whilst upholstering your development with NLP and EMDR techniques to give you the power to deal with any areas of concern in your life.

Feeling down from time to time is a normal part of life, but when emotions such as hopelessness and despair take hold and just won’t go away, it may be depression. More than just sadness in response to life’s struggles and setbacks, depression changes how you think, feel, and function in daily activities.
Depression can seem all consuming and come with a logic that seems ultimate, especially when faced alone. This program gives you the tools and support to uproot the core of your depression. Through hypnotherapy we will explore and communicate with the parts of yourself that are out of tune or lost that have lead to your present state, updating the necessary beliefs, decisions and frames of relationships that are causing this unbalance.
Through CBT methodology you will be aided at confronting and changing the engagement with the areas of your life that are limiting you . You will be giving NLP and EMDR techniques to ensure that you have the tools to help shift you out of any stuck areas should they still occur. There will also be an understanding from both a neuropsychological and spiritual perspective offered to allow you to best understand what is happening inside and how this may have come about in your life.

Anger in a balanced way is a highly useful emotion, giving you the fuel, drive and self respect to attain and maintain the well being in your life. However, it can easily become unbalanced or confused, either explosively or repressively. It is often an emotion that is viewed very negatively and so comes with ambiguity as to how to integrate it into your life.
If you are struggling with anger issues, being it too much or too little of it in your life, this programme can help you enormously. Through hypnotherapy we will explore the internal set ups and beliefs that are creating any unbalance, bringing the correct understanding to allow for optimal utilisation of this emotion. Through CBT we will address any environmental, social or practical reasons for the anger, including relationship frames, work life, sleep, exercise and nutrition. You will be given key NLP, mindfulness and EMDR tools to help you navigate any lingering issues while going through the program or any time in the future.

Grief is a natural response to losing someone or something you care about. There's no right or wrong way to grieve. Everyone’s experiences of grief are individual. The important thing is to do what feels right for you. But you do not need to do it alone.
There is often many unexpected emotions that arrive in grief and there can be a lot to process with the potential of bringing turmoil to your life. This program can help you face this often painful area in a safe conscious way to allow the grieving experience to be as easy as can be, even one of healing. The aim isn't to rush it or ignore it but process everything in the most healthy balanced way it can be to allow you to be back at running on optimum again.
Through Hypnotherapy we can communicate with any unaddressed emotions and even create a space to have that much needed conversation with whoever you lost, bringing peace to the parts of yourself still holding on. Through CBT a structure and routine can be implemented to ensure you are still functioning in a safe healthy way with a look to bring you back to where you want to be. The stages of grief will be gone through with a neuropsychological insight to allow you to understand what is happening inside of you. NLP and EMDR techniques will be offered to help you with any particularly troublesome areas of your life.
